Foodflows Coffee Naimeg: Micro Lot Ruby (200g)
Our micro lot Ruby not only represents the name of the Arabica variety but also the sensory notes of red fruits. The coffee was produced in a controlled fermentation process using yeasts from the coffee cherries. This leads to a new sensory experience that is emphasized by the medium light roast of the Kaffeemanufaktur in Zurich (our lightest roast so far). The coffee is extracted best in the filter or with the french press.
