Foodflows Coffee cherries Venturim (100g)
Lucas' Canephora coffee cherries are a rarity, as conventional cascara usually comes from the Arabica species. They were refined using the same innovative post-harvest process employed by Diogo Dias.
The infusions are orange in color and combine aromatic notes of honey, citrus fruits and herbs.
Naturally, they also have a higher caffeine content than their Arabica counterparts.
