The terroir of the Pântano region stands for its sweet and caramel coffees that are suited very well for longer extraction methods. Jorge's family has brought this to perfection by developing this natural coffee that strongly reminds of a caramel candy as a filter extract. Accordingly, a medium roast was chosen.
