New gastronomy partner: Hallo Halle in Baden

Since the beginning of May, a team led by former Vicafé manager Steffi Hersberger has been operating the Hallo Halle in Baden.

We met at the World of Coffee in Geneva in 2025 and built our collaboration on that.

The location directly at the train station in Baden was put out to tender by the municipality and the concept of Hallo Halle was convincing: in addition to top-quality coffee (from Vicafé) and an innovative bar, numerous varied food stalls enrich the area around the headquarters of ABB.

The Halle Cocktail

The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable - after all, there are also some nighttime and morning games to cover at the current World Cup.

Besides the Coffeecherry Elixir, Hallo Halle also serves the Coffeecherry Spritz and a house cocktail created with gin, cascara syrup, and mint. The possibilities of coffee cherries are thus fully exploited here.
