Coffeecherry Spritz

When spring arrives, the most delicious Spritz recipes inevitably come out. The same is true for us.

However, coffee cherries add certain extra notes to the classic recipe: a fruity acidity, a little caffeine, and a wonderful connection to the coffee plant.

Coffeecherry Spritz with Coffeecherry Elixir:

• Fill a Prosecco or Spritz glass halfway with Coffeecherry Elixir

• Add the same amount of Prosecco.

• Garnish the Spritz with a mint leaf, a slice of lime and/or some ice cubes, if desired.

Coffeecherry Spritz with Cascara syrup (more alcohol):

• Add about 20ml of cascara syrup to a Prosecco glass

• Fill the glass with Prosecco.

• Garnish the Spritz with a mint leaf, a slice of lime and/or some ice cubes, if desired.
