Coffeecherry Caipi

Few drinks are as iconic as the Brazilian Caipirinha. The classic recipe with cane sugar, limes and Cachaça is locally often turned into so-called Caipifrutas - a wide range of versions with tropical fruits such as Cashew, Pineapple, Jabuticaba or Cajá.

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer the fresh coffee cherries, but we do have their extracted taste for a Caipirinha of a special kind that is very easy to prepare.

 

Coffeecherry Caipi with Coffeecherry Elixir:

  • Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes

  • Add 4cl of premium Cachaça

  • Squeeze a slice of lime into the glass and add the slice

  • Fill up with Coffeecherry Elixir and stir gently

 

Coffeecherry Caipi with Cascara Syrup

  • Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice

  • Add Cachaça to your liking

  • Squeeze 2-3 slices of lime into the glass and add the slices

  • Add 20ml of Cascara Syrup and stir gently

  • Dilute with cold mineral water for a milder drink
