Four startups presented themselves to a professional audience in Aarau today:
Miss Liquid – an already fairly well-known pop-up company featuring functional shakes.
Foodflows – we presented the potential of by-products from the coffee plant.
Soully – a beverage brand featuring matcha.
Noosh – a beverage brand offering various probiotic drinks made from water kefir.
Interest was modest—about 30 people gathered on Thursday morning in the "Stall" of the old riding hall (Reithalle). There was plenty of tasting and, of course, networking—whether any groundbreaking contacts come out of it remains to be seen.

In recent months, our collaboration with Swiss Food Research has intensified significantly, starting with the Future Food Market in Zurich and IGEHO in Basel.
Next, we will be participating in the Glug 2026 Innovation Forum, which is being organized by Swiss Food Research on February 5, 2026.
The Glug is THE Swiss meeting place for the beverage industry and takes place annually in Aarau.
