The hotel and restaurant industry newspaper picks up on Foodflows' coffee cherries (Cascara).

At the Glug 2026 Innovation Forum via Swiss Food Research, I met Alice Guldimann from the Hotellerie Gastronomie Zeitung (Hotel and Catering Newspaper), and she showed great interest in the potential of coffee by-products.
